ISHIMATSU

The restaurant faces the ticket gates of JR Mikawa-Anjo Station and on the opposite side fronts a busy national highway.

To attract passengers from the Shinkansen (bullet train), the front of the restaurant has been made open with expansive glass windows. Pendant lighting hanging from the ceiling and a unified color scheme of wood, black and gray create depth.

On the side facing the national highway, existing walls were removed and a new entrance was installed to create a new visitor flow.
